Frequently Asked Questions
Can towing harm my vehicle?
Though every vehicle is different, the towing experts at Seven1nine Towing and Recovery know how to ensure your vehicle will be perfectly safe from start to finish of the towing process. When we arrive to assist you, we will evaluate the best method of towing based on your automobile. Whether we use our brand new, specialized dolly system, or the standard towing method, we can guarantee your car will not be harmed in the process.
Can you haul away abandoned vehicles?
Yes! At Seven1nine towing, we have the capabilities to tow just about any vehicle (whether it runs or not) and even non-vehicles! We can also haul small buildings on our flatbed truck.
What are your hours of operation?
If you are in a rut and need your vehicle towed, or need roadside assistance, we dispatch 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. We primarily serve the greater Pikes Peak Region, but can do long distance towing and assistance all over the state of Colorado. Our service area includes Divide, Florissant, Cripple Creek, Victor, Woodland Park, Mueller State Park, Green Mountain Falls, Almagre Mountain, and surrounding areas.
My vehicle is lowered. Can it still be towed?
Yes! In general, lowered vehicles can be towed using the conventional towing method. However, when Seven1nine Towing and Recovery arrives on the scene, we will evaluate the method that would work best. If necessary, we can use our state of the art dolly system to get your car loaded onto our tow truck. Whatever method we go with, we can guarantee that your car is in good hands.
Is towing rough on my vehicle?
Contrary to popular belief, having your vehicle towed is an extremely safe and damage-free way to transport your car, truck, jeep, or SUV where it needs to go. When we load your vehicle, not only do the Seven1nine Towing and Recovery professionals take special care when handling your ride, but they know exactly what they're doing, so you can feel secure knowing your auto will be taken care of.
In addition, with standard towing methods, your automobile will be riding on its own suspension while on the flat bed. And when going over large bumps or potholes, the tow truck absorbs most of the shock.
